Osijek Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Faculty of Food Technology from Osijek and the Agroglas magazine as a media sponsor organized the XVII. The quality assessment of the Slavonian kulen in Osijek, which received 53 samples of kulen. The organoleptic evaluation of kulen samples was held on June 13 in Osijek County Chamber.
